Gochujang Scrambled Egg and Avocado Toast


  • Spread the mashed avocado on toast.
  • Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together with gochujang and cream.
  • Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium-low heat and pour the egg mixture and let it sit for 10 seconds.
  • Stir constantly with a wooden spoon until the mixture is just set and moist.
  • Transfer onto avocado toast.
