Chicken salad with seaweed and smoked paprika mayonnaise


  • Soak seaweed in warm water for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes drain,rinse then squeeze and chop.
  • Mix seaweed with mayonnaise ,smoked paprika  and lemon juice
  • In a bowl, place chicken, celery, pickles and mix well with seaweed mayonnaise dressing.

  • Refrigerate  at least 1 hour before serving.

Tip:  Works well with smoked fish.

  • O’Food dry sliced seaweed 1 gr
  • Mayonnaise 70 gr
  • Smoked Spanish paprika powder to taste
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • Roasted or boiled chicken sheared 200 gr
  • Pickles, chopped 30 gr
  • Celery ,sliced 30 gr
