Duck breast marinade with bulgogi sauce

About The Recipe

This recipe transforms the classic duck breast with a luxurious Bulgogi sauce marinade, infusing traditional Korean flavors into a Western favorite. The duck breast, known for its rich, fatty flavor, is marinated in a blend of soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and sweet pear puree, typical of Bulgogi marinades. This not only tenderizes the meat but also imparts a subtle sweetness and depth of flavor. When pan-seared, the duck skin becomes deliciously crispy, while the inside remains succulent and infused with the marinade's aromatic spices. This dish is an elegant fusion of East and West, perfect for a special occasion or a gourmet dinner at home.
