Air fryer chicken bites with gochujang honey mustard dipping sauce


  • Preheat the air fryer at 190 Celsius.
  • In a bowl, mix all dipping sauce ingredients and keep in the fridge till use.
  • In a shallow dish, combine the flour, garlic powder, black pepper and salt.
  • In two separate shallow dishes, place beaten eggs and breadcrumbs.
  • Chop the chicken into bite size pieces and dredge chicken in the flour then eggs and bread crumbs.
  • Place baking paper on the air fryer basket and place chicken bites.
  • Spray some cooking oil on the chicken and place the basket inside the air fryer.
  • Cook chicken bites 5-6 minutes on each side until the chicken is cooked through and crispy.
  • Spray cooking oil from time to time.
  • Serve with dipping sauce and lemon wedge.

Ingredients dipping sauce

  • O'Food Gochujang Korean Chili Sauce 10 gr
  • Mayonnaise 40 gr
  • Mustard 5 gr
  • Honey 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice to taste

  • Garlic powder 2 gr
  • Crushed black pepper 1 gr
  • Table salt a pinch
  • All-purpose flour 40 gr
  • Large eggs beat 2
  • O’Food bread crumbs 70 ml
  • Deboned chicken thighs 300 gr
  • Baking paper
  • Spray cooking oil canola or avocado
