Bibimbap, a signature Korean dish, is a colorful and nutritious bowl of warm rice topped with an assortment of sautéed and seasoned vegetables, protein, and a fried egg. The beauty of Bibimbap lies in its versatility; it can be customized with various vegetables and proteins, making it a great way to utilize leftovers. Directions

  • Start seasoning bean sprouts and spinach with salt, sesame oil and garlic.
  • Slightly mix shiitake mushrooms with soy sauce and sesame oil.
  • Stir fry carrots, zucchini and bellflower in a non-stick pan and season with salt, cook for 2 minutes until tender.
  • Place some sesame oil in a bowl and place rice, garnish with cooked vegetables
  • Finish with gochujang paste and a fried egg on top of rice.
  • Mix every ingredient well before eating.

  • O’Food Gochujang Korean Chili Sauce
  • Bean sprouts, blanched 100 gr
  • Spinach, blanched 60 gr
  • Shiitake mushrooms, sliced 30 gr
  • Soy sauce 4 ml
  • Salt 6 gr
  • O’Food sesame seed oil 20 ml
  • Garlic, chopped 6 gr
  • Carrots, sliced 40 gr
  • Zucchini, sliced 50 gr
  • Bellflower root, sliced 40 gr
  • Steamed rice 360 gr
  • Eggs 2
