Fish fillet tacos with gochujang yogurt garlic dipping sauce
- Combine gochujang, yogurt and garlic and keep aside.
- Season the fish fillet with salt and pepper or your favorite rub.
- Cook fish fillet with oil in a non-stick pan or grill.
- Heat tortilla and serve with fish fillet and all toppings
- Finish with gochujang yogurt dipping sauce.
