  • Combine all vinaigrette ingredients mixing well with a kitchen whip.
  • In a large bowl combine all salad ingredient toss with vinaigrette.

Ingredients soy sauce vinaigrette

  • O’Food soy sauce 20 ml
  • Apple vinegar 12 ml
  • Mustard 8 gr
  • Maple syrup 5 ml

  • O’Food dried sliced seaweed soaked with water for 10 minutes ,drain ,rinse then squeeze out excess water 10 gr
  • Cherry tomato cut in half 20 gr
  • Rucola 15 gr
  • Cucumber sliced 20 gr
  • Green apple diced 30 gr
  • Spring onion sliced 10 gr
  • Red bell pepper sliced 20 gr
  • Micro green salad 15 gr
  • Mint leaf sliced 1 gr
  • Fresh basil sliced 2 gr
  • Red onion sliced 10 gr
