Directions
- Soak soy protein in water according to package directions and drain.
- Add Gochujang Korean BBQ Marinade to soy protein and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- In a large skillet, heat the oil and sauté onion and garlic, cook for about 3 minutes.
- Add all diced vegetables and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add soy protein and cook over medium heat for approx. 4 minutes until the soy protein turns little brown.
- Place soy protein on top of rice and garnish with lemon zest, scallions and sesame seeds.

- Soy protein chunk or ground 120 gr
- Vegetable oil 20 ml
- Onion, diced 50 gr
- Garlic cloves, sliced 2
- Zucchini, diced 40 gr
- Red and yellow bell pepper, diced 40 gr
- Mushroom, diced 40 gr
- Carrot, diced 40 gr
- Steamed or boiled rice 150 gr
- Lemon zest, chopped to garnish
- Scallion, sliced to garnish
- Sesame seed to garnish
