About The Recipe

Delight in the crispy and flavorful Korean Fried Chicken, garnished with fresh, sliced spring onions. This recipe takes the global craze of Korean fried chicken and elevates it with O’Food's special marinade and batter. The chicken is first marinated to infuse it with flavors, then coated in a light batter and fried to achieve a perfectly crispy exterior. Once cooked, the chicken is tossed in a sweet and spicy sauce, giving it a glossy finish and an extra layer of flavor. The addition of sliced spring onions on top adds a fresh, crunchy texture and a mild oniony flavor that complements the spicy chicken. This dish is not just about taste; it's about texture and the experience of enjoying crunchy, juicy chicken with every bite. It’s perfect for a casual gathering, a family meal, or simply when you crave something deliciously indulgent.
