Directions
- Mix all dipping sauce ingredients and keep aside.
- Mix minced chicken, spring onion, salt, black pepper, chopped garlic, oregano and gochujang.
- Shape into 2 patties and start to cook till well done.
- Meanwhile, toast the buns.
- Fill the buns with red cabbage, onion, tomato, lettuce and chicken burgers.
- Serve with gochujang garlic mayonnaise.

- Mayonnaise 70 gr
- Garlic, minced 5 gr
- Liquid smoke 1 ml
