Directions
- Start seasoning bean sprouts and spinach with salt, sesame oil and garlic.
- Slightly mix shiitake mushrooms with soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Stir fry carrots, zucchini and bellflower in a non-stick pan and season with salt, cook for 2 minutes until tender.
- Place some sesame oil in a bowl and place rice, garnish with cooked vegetables
- Finish with gochujang paste and a fried egg on top of rice.
- Mix every ingredient well before eating.
