Directions
- Preheat the air fryer at 190 Celsius.
- In a bowl, mix all dipping sauce ingredients and keep in the fridge till use.
- In a shallow dish, combine the flour, garlic powder, black pepper and salt.
- In two separate shallow dishes, place beaten eggs and breadcrumbs.
- Chop the chicken into bite size pieces and dredge chicken in the flour then eggs and bread crumbs.
- Place baking paper on the air fryer basket and place chicken bites.
- Spray some cooking oil on the chicken and place the basket inside the air fryer.
- Cook chicken bites 5-6 minutes on each side until the chicken is cooked through and crispy.
- Spray cooking oil from time to time.
Serve with dipping sauce and lemon wedge.
