Green tea noodles with olives and capers garlic sauce


  • Start to cook green tea noodles in boiling salty water  .
  • Cook for about 3 minutes.
  • Meanwhile place oil in a non-stick pan and sauté all ingredients for 2 minutes.
  • When the noodles are cook mix with the sauce and little pasta  hot water .
  • Serve hot over rucola or basil pesto.


  • O’Food green tea noodles 120 gr
  • Extra virgin olive oil 30 ml
  • Green olives, chopped 25 gr
  • Capers, chopped 15 gr
  • Garlic, chopped 3 cloves
  • Fresh red chili, sliced 1 piece
  • Rucola or basil pesto. 70 gr
