Gochujang chicken tacos soup

Directions

  • Heat the oil in a large pot, add onion and cook until soft.
  • Add all ingredients and stir to combine.
  • Bring to boil and simmer for 15 minutes, season with salt.
  • Serve with your favorite toppings.

  • O’Food Gochujang Korean Chili Sauce 20 gr
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Onion, diced 10 gr
  • Garlic clove, minced 1
  • Skinless and boneless chicken breast, sliced 1 piece
  • Seedless tomato, diced 250 gr
  • Black beans 100 gr
  • Canned Corn 100 gr
  • Low sodium chicken broth 100 ml
  • Dry oregano to taste
  • Salt to taste
