Chicken Salad with BBQ Kick

Directions

  • Slice and dice all salad greens and put them into a bowl.
  • heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a grill pan or a grill plate over medium-high heat. Grill chicken on both sides. Season with oregano, salt and pepper. Grill until browned and completely cooked through.
  • Allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes; slice and arrange over salad.
  • Sprinkle O’Food BBQ Kick generously over salad.

Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Cracked pepper, to taste
  • 500 gr skinless, boneless chicken thigh fillets (or chicken breasts)
  • 2 cups Romaine (or Cos) lettuce leaves, washed and dried
  • ½ large cucumber diced
  • 1 Roma tomato diced
  • ½ red onion sliced
  • ½ avocado sliced
