Chicken Salad with BBQ Kick

Directions
- Slice and dice all salad greens and put them into a bowl.
- heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a grill pan or a grill plate over medium-high heat. Grill chicken on both sides. Season with oregano, salt and pepper. Grill until browned and completely cooked through.
- Allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes; slice and arrange over salad.
- Sprinkle O’Food BBQ Kick generously over salad.
Ingredients
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Cracked pepper, to taste
- 500 gr skinless, boneless chicken thigh fillets (or chicken breasts)
- 2 cups Romaine (or Cos) lettuce leaves, washed and dried
- ½ large cucumber diced
- 1 Roma tomato diced
- ½ red onion sliced
- ½ avocado sliced
