Chicken and vegetables kebab with Korean BBQ gochujang bulgogi

  • 1. Place chicken chunks into a bowl and add Korean BBQ marinade sauce.
  • Seal the bowl and let it rest 30 minutes in the fridge.
  • After 30 minutes, stick the chicken chunks on the skewer alternating with vegetables.
  • Place the skewers in a preheated grill or oven at 200C and cook for about 15 minutes, depending on the size of chicken chunks
  • Serve with your favorite side dish.
