Stir-Fried Prawn with Yangnyeom Chicken Sauce

Stir Fried Prawn with sweet&spicy Korean sauce

About The Recipe

This recipe brings together the succulence of prawns with the rich, spicy-sweet flavor of Yangnyeom sauce, traditionally used for Korean fried chicken. The prawns are stir-fried until they are perfectly cooked, retaining their natural sweetness and tender texture. They are then tossed in the Yangnyeom sauce, which is a harmonious blend of Gochujang, honey, garlic, and a touch of vinegar, creating a glossy coating that clings to the prawns. The dish is finished with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and chopped scallions, adding a nutty crunch and a burst of freshness. This stir-fry is not just a dish but an adventure in flavors, combining the best of Korean and seafood cuisine.
