Pork belly ssam (wrap)

Roasted Pork belly ssam


  • Season the pork belly with pepper and salt.
  • Grill the meat on a grill plate or in the oven and cut it into bite sizes.
  • Widely spread each leaf of the lettuce and put the meat and the ssamjang in the middle. Wrap them into a ball.

    Optional: Add sliced garlic or steamed rice with the meat as per your taste.


  • Pork belly 400 gr
  • Ssamjang 2 tablespoons
  • Black pepper, one pinch
  • Roasted salt, one pinch
  • Lettuce or romaine as desired
