Stir-Fried Prawn with Yangnyeom Chicken Sauce
- Heat the pan with cooking oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and red onion and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Add O’Food Gochujang Sweet Chili Sauce and cook over high heat.
- Once the sauce is boiling, add prawns and stir fry until the prawns are cooked.
- Add spinach and season with salt and pepper (you can adjust the spiciness by adding chili powder or fresh chopped chilis).
- Serve with steamed rice.
