Directions

  • Soak soy protein with hot water or vegetable broth for 15 minutes, rinse and squeeze.
  • Marinade all ingredients including soy protein for about 30 minutes with O’Food Korean BBQ Gochujang Marinade.
  • Grill over charcoal grill or pan fry in a skillet over medium heat until caramelized.
  • Serve hot over rice or your favorite garnish.
