Korean BBQ Marinade recipe


  • Slice the meat into bite-size pieces and mix with marinade sauce and vegetables and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Take out the meat 20 minutes before cooking.
  • Place fry pan on medium heat with oil and stir fry the meat.
  • Place in a bowl and enjoy with steamed rice on the side.


  • Pork leg sliced 250 gr
  • Onions sliced 40 gr
  • Leeks sliced 40 gr
  • Carrots sliced 30 gr
  • O’Food Korean BBQ marinade 100 ml
  • Vegetable oil 10 ml
