Beef stew with Korean BBQ bulgogi marinade for beef
- Dust the beef with flour and heat oil in a pot over medium-high.
- Sear the beef on all sides until brown and remove beef from the pot.
- Add vegetables to the same pot and cook until brown.
- Place the beef back into the pot and add O’Food Korean BBQ marinade, beef stock, bay leave and rosemary.
- Cover with a lid, bring to a boil then reduce to a slow simmer and cook for about 30 minutes.
- Transfer stew in a serving bowl.
