Beef stew with Korean BBQ marinade

About The Recipe

This recipe takes the comfort of a traditional beef stew and infuses it with the bold flavors of Korean BBQ. The stew features tender chunks of beef, slow-cooked to perfection, bathed in a rich, aromatic sauce made with O'Food's Korean BBQ marinade. This marinade brings a complex flavor profile to the stew, with its blend of soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and a hint of sweetness, enveloping the beef in a savory, slightly sweet, and deeply satisfying sauce. The stew is packed with hearty vegetables like carrots, potatoes, and onions, which absorb the flavors of the marinade, creating layers of taste in every spoonful. Ideal for colder days, this stew is a comforting bowl of warmth and flavor, showcasing how Korean cuisine can transform classic dishes into something extraordinary.
