Bibimbap

“Bibimbap” is one of the most iconic and best-known traditional Korean dishes. As the name suggests – “bibim” (mixture in Korean) and “bap” (rice or meal in Korean) – all the ingredients added to the dish are to be mixed thoroughly with a spoon to get the best flavours. Bibimbap is famous for its delicious combination of spicy and savoury flavours, but also for its healthy ingredients. The traditional basics – gochujang and sesame oil – are included in order to deliver the authentic taste of bibimbap.
